*3 Free Rough Draft Revisions ($50 each additional after)
*Completed Plan Set Revision is $100 for interior changes,$250 for layout changes

*These are Design & Layout Plans, which is typically all that’s needed for Permit Offices. If a Structural Engineer’s Stamp is needed, these just need to be taken/sent to one local in your area. *
